Anxiety

We all worry about something yet "over" worrying can lead to chronic anxiety. Chronic anxiety is when you worry to the point your thoughts are unclear and prevent you from being productive. Confronting anxiety is personal and your journey may be different from someone else's; here are a few helpful tips:

- Take deep breaths

- Sip green or herbal tea

- Try eating more leafy greens, whole grains, cherries, salmon, ginger and apples

-Take Vitamin B

- Relax in a hot tub or take a hot bath

- Spend time in nature
